Horses are powerful agents in emotional growth and change due to their ability to sense our inner world and to respond authentically and immediately to what they feel from us. Horses can mirror hidden parts of ourselves by taking on behaviors and attitudes that we hold . They have an amazing ability to behave like our partners, parents, children, or coworkers. Horses offer us an opportunity to see how we get tangled up in unproductive relational dynamics and teach us how to live more effectively and authentically.

This 2 ½ day group retreat for adults offers an encounter like no other. With the support of the staff and fellow group members, you will walk away from this program with new insights about yourself, new ways to manage the difficulties of your life, and a new relationship model to live life by.

What to Expect

All Weekend Intensive Retreats begin on Friday evening in the comfort of Paige's office at 1105 17th Avenue South, Nashville, TN. Participants will then meet for the remainder of the program at the farm. Lunches, snacks and water will be provided over the course of the weekend.

At this time Stable Transformation does not offer lodging for Weekend Intensives. For clients who have a triggering home environment, you may consider nearby hotels for the duration of the program.
